I've been right where you are.
I went into motherhood hearing “it takes a village” to raise a child.
The trouble is, when I was breastfeeding my first baby, my village was out doing their thing: brunch, weekend getaways, date nights, and playdates with the littles. Even the thought of leaving the house made me anxious.
Sure, I could meet up with them with the baby in tow, but how was I supposed to feed her while out and about?! Going out in public while breastfeeding around the clock felt...intimidating.
So, for those first few months - when I most needed the support - I felt totally isolated-missing my former self and life. It doesn't need to be this way!
I created The Lolo so every breastfeeding mother could have the freedom and confidence to be out and about–connecting with others–when they need it the most.
